The correct way to install high pole lights

time:2021-05-22 Views:323

In fact, installing high pole lights is a relatively simple matter, but the actual operation is not that simple at all. When all the preparations are made, the time from assembly to hoisting is about four hours before the installation is complete, but it is not enough for the high pole lamp to be hoisted. We need to straighten it, but straightening High pole lamp manufacturers can not estimate the time. If it goes well, it only takes 20 minutes. If it does not go well, it does not take a few hours.

Of course, for the professional installation team, the task of straightening high pole lights is simply dismissive, because they are proficient in the most practical straightening method and can easily handle it without any effort. For friends who have been exposed to this kind of work, the difficulty is like climbing to the sky. This feeling is not an exaggeration for inexperienced people, because high pole lights are tall and tall lighting products, unlike ordinary small street light poles with a height of 4 to 6 meters, it can be easily pushed by one person, and it can be pushed straight by shaking it twice. The weight of the high pole lamp is usually around 1500kg, let alone one person, it is difficult to push it even if you put 5 people on it, let alone straighten it greatly.

For friends who have not installed high pole lights, straightening is not difficult. The premise is to do the basic work. What is this basic work? It's very simple. Before lifting the high pole lamp, screw a nut on each of the screw rods of the foundation embedded parts. Note that the position of the nut must be as high as possible, and the thickness of the bottom flange plus the thickness of the double nut. This is purposeful, because when the high pole lamp is placed on the buried part, more than 80% of the examples prove that it is designated as crooked. The upper position of the screw nut under the flange has two functions, one is that the wrench is easy to reach, and the most important thing is that it is easy to adjust. Just imagine how hard it is to use a nut to push up a ton of objects? Conversely, how labor-saving is it to use more than a ton of things to press down to adjust? I think everyone understands this truth. When the high pole lamp stands up, it must be crooked. Then, depending on which side is high, use a wrench to screw the nut at the bottom of the flange and screw it down so that it can be easily screwed until it is leveled.
