The appearance of conventional infrared lamp beads and visible light LED lamp beads are similar, but they emit invisible light (infrared). The working voltage is 1.4v up and down, and the working current is lower than 20mA. 　　4. Applicability: Small size, each LED chip is 3-5mm square, and can be made into various shapes of devices to adapt to changing environments.

　　 5. Response time: The response time of incandescent lamps is milliseconds, and the response time of LED lamp beads is nanoseconds.

　　 6. Environmental pollution: no harmful metal mercury.

　　7. Color: Changing the current can change the color. The light-emitting diode can easily adjust the energy band structure and band gap of the material through chemical modification to achieve red, yellow, green, blue, and orange multi-color light. For example, a red LED at low current will change to orange, yellow, and finally green as the current increases.
