However, as a precision electronic product, LED display has high requirements on storage methods and environment, which can easily cause damage to the LED display, so today we will talk about how to store the LED display correctly.

There are eight points to pay attention to when saving the LED display:

1. The place where the box is placed should be cleaned, and then paved with pearl cotton.

2. The LED display is not allowed to stack modules in a disorderly manner or stack more than 10 sheets. When stacking, the lamp surfaces are placed oppositely and separated by pearl cotton.

3. The placement of the LED display box is recommended to be placed horizontally with the lamp facing up. If there are too many, you must pay special attention to protection when it is placed upright. It is forbidden to place it upright in places subject to large vibrations.

4. The display box should be handled gently. When landing, the rear side first touches the ground and then the lamp surface touches the ground, beware of bruising.

5. During installation or maintenance, all staff must carry a cordless anti-static bracelet.

6. Use an anti-static wristband to install the LED display.

7. When carrying the box, it should be raised and not pushed or dragged off the ground to avoid uneven ground and damage to the bottom mold. The box should be balanced when being hoisted, and cannot swing or turn left and right. Packing and assembly parts should be handled with care, and it is strictly forbidden to throw them out.

8. If the LED display product needs to be adjusted, the metal part of the box can be hit with a rubber hammer, and it is forbidden to hit the module. Extrusion, collision and other behaviors between the molds are not allowed. Gaps. In the case of abnormal positioning, do not hit the box and module with hard objects such as hammers. You can try again after removing the foreign objects.
