After the overall hot-dip galvanizing, the surface is electrostatically sprayed. The service life is not less than 20 years. When the light panel reaches the top of the light pole, there is a mechanical limit device.

Light source and electrical:

Lifting system: placed at the bottom of the pole, independently controlled by the motor to drive the decelerating lifting equipment, ￠10 stainless steel wire rope, the wire rope carrying capacity is greater than 5000 kg, in line with GB8903, GB/T9944 standards and requirements, with electric and manual functions and equipped Mechanical limit and over-torque protection measures.

Control System:

The metal light poles and the metal shells of electrical equipment have good protective grounding, and the connection between the grounding wire and the grounding body and the grounding pole is equipped with an anti-loose device.

The computer automatic controller needs to be equipped with necessary leakage switches, contactors, and fuses, which are controlled in two ways. The lead cable is a dual 4×25 soft core cable. Lifting light panel

The driving motor is a fixed driving motor, which is firmly and reliably connected to the elevator, which increases the safety of the light panel lifting. There is also a manual lifting crank for the lifting operation of the manual hand-cranked light panel in case of accidental power failure.

Overload torque protector device

The lifting system has an over-torque protection function. This device is an overload protection device to prevent overloading during the operation of the lifting system.
